Fore those of you who are retarded let me break it down for you. The cartels and gangs such as Ms 13 that operate on the southern border traffick drugs, weapons, and people. Some of these people are children undoubtedly, Immigration services separates the kids from their handlers and relocate them to settlements which are funded by taxpayers.
