^^^Continuing my dig…Oops! I found POTUS disinformation!
Did Sessions Grant Horowitz Power To Issue Search Warrants & Arrests?
Ooops….I think I have stumbled on some POTUS disinformation!
Q told us this:
>Operations underway.
>Operators active.
>Disinformation is real.
>Disinformation is necessary.
>Silent war (some gets out).
2/28/18 POTUS Twat:
Why is A.G. Jeff Sessions asking the Inspector General to investigate potentially massive FISA abuse. Will take forever, has no prosecutorial power and already late with reports on Comey etc. Isn’t the I.G. an Obama guy? Why not use Justice Department lawyers? DISGRACEFUL!
In reality…the IG Act of 1978 explicitly lists the Department of Justice OIG as having statutorily vested law enforcement authority in Section 6(e)(3) of the act.

So yesterday I thought that Sessions had delegated law enforcement authority to Horowitz but that is not true, Horowitz has had law enforcement authority all along.
Law enforcement authority is generally defined as having the legal authority to
• carry a firearm while engaged in official duties;
• make an arrest without a warrant while engaged in official duties; and
• seek and execute warrants for arrest, search of premises, or seizure of evidence.
According to some OIGs vested with law enforcement authority, these authorities are essential to certain missions of the office. In some cases, for example, OIG law enforcement officers conduct
investigations that pose potential safety risks.
Excellent paper explaining IG Law Enforcement Authority:
