Lindsey Graham Pushes Legislation to Allow Private Companies to Read All Your Phone Texts, Emails and DMs

Lindsey Graham wants to read all of your text messages and emails and then throw you in jail without a trial.

President Trump held another packed rally in Conroe, Texas last week on Saturday night.

An estimated 50,000 supporters turned out to see President Trump in Texas.

During his speech President Trump promised to release the persecuted January 6 Political Prisoners at the DC Gulag! These poor men and women are held in isolation without any basic human rights. Truly this is a dark stain on America and our judicial system.

On Sunday morning RINO Lindsey Graham was asked about President Trump’s comments. Lindsey Graham disagreed with President Trump and cheered the unconstitutional prisoner abuse in the nation’s capital.

Lindsey the liar is the worst.

And now Lindsey Graham is out sponsoring legislation to have the US government access your private messages including text messages and DMs.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation reported, via Citizen Free Press.

People don’t want outsiders reading their private messages —not their physical mail, not their texts, not their DMs, nothing. It’s a clear and obvious point, but one place it doesn’t seem to have reached is the U.S. Senate.

A group of lawmakers led by Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have re-introduced the EARN IT Act, an incredibly unpopular bill from 2020 that was dropped in the face of overwhelming opposition. Let’s be clear: the new EARN IT Act would pave the way for a massive new surveillance system, run by private companies, that would roll back some of the most important privacy and security features in technology used by people around the globe. It’s a framework for private actors to scan every message sent online and report violations to law enforcement. And it might not stop there. The EARN IT Act could ensure that anything hosted online—backups, websites, cloud photos, and more—is scanned.

New Internet Rules, From Juneau to Jackson

The bill empowers every U.S. state or territory to create sweeping new Internet regulations, by stripping away the critical legal protections for websites and apps that currently prevent such a free-for-all—specifically, Section 230. The states will be allowed to pass whatever type of law they want to hold private companies liable, as long as they somehow relate their new rules to online child abuse.

The goal is to get states to pass laws that will punish companies when they deploy end-to-end encryption, or offer other encrypted services. This includes messaging services like WhatsApp, Signal, and iMessage, as well as web hosts like Amazon Web Services. We know that EARN IT aims to spread the use of tools to scan against law enforcement databases because the bill’s sponsors have said so. In a “Myths and Facts” document distributed by the bill’s proponents, it even names the government-approved software that they could mandate (PhotoDNA, a Microsoft program with an API that reports directly to law enforcement databases).

Projhecting - this is their plan

Queensland records 5746 Covid cases and nine deaths

Queensland is considering taking drastic action in response to Omicron, which the Deputy Premier has described as a “last resort”.

The Omicron wave has had a massive impact on aged care and there are calls to send the Defence Force in to evacuate nursing homes.

But Deputy Premier Steven Miles said evacuation would be a last resort.

“Evacuating aged care is a difficult task,” he told reporters on Sunday.

I know from first hand experience how challenging it can be and how disruptive it can be for those residents. These are not, by and large, very mobile and well folk.

“And so, if you think about moving people who have mobility issues, many of whom have dementia and other issues, moving them from their home can be very dangerous for them.”

Mr Miles confirmed the Commonwealth government was working with one aged care facility.

“Of course, in an emergency situation, the state and our ambos and our health services know what to do and can do it, but it should not come to that,” he said.

The Deputy Premier stressed the need for all nursing home residents and staff to be fully vaccinated with booster shots.

“If more people were boosted, then less people would be dying,” he said.

“Right now, that’s the epicentre of what’s going on. Right now, that’s where it’s happening and that rightly should be the focus.”

Are these to be the first into the new concentration camps?

Bill Maher blasts pandemic misinformation spread by health officials, delivers laundry list of things the medical-industrial complex got wrong

Liberal talk show host Bill Maher has had an awakening about the COVID-19 pandemic in recent months. Maher ripped the legacy media for "scaring the st" out of people over COVID-19. He slammed those "on the left" who "politicized" the antiparasitic drug ivermectin. Maher skewered "pain in the a blue states" for stringent COVID-19 restrictions while praising red states as a "joy." Maher trashed Democrats for pandemic rules that he classified as "mindless bureaucracy."

On the latest episode of "Real Time with Bill Maher," the left-leaning political commentator took on the medical-industrial complex over things it has gotten wrong in the past and during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Maher urged that we "focus on helping the vulnerable stay safe and let the rest of us get back to living normal lives."

Maher referenced the numerous European countries that have loosened or ended their pandemic restrictions.

He called the pandemic limitations that have been put on kids – who have a very high COVID-19 survivor rate – "unnecessary and horrible."

"There's always going to be another variant," he stated.

Maher said he is skeptical of the medical establishment because he has seen how it handled the AIDS endemic, and how there was fearmongering that the virus would kill millions.

Maher cited a recent study out of Johns Hopkins University that found lockdowns "had little to no effect on COVID-19 mortality" but "imposed enormous economic and social costs." He mocked, "Okay, that’s kind of a big one to get wrong."

"Last July, President Biden said, 'You’re not going to get COVID if you have these vaccinations.' Well, I already knew that was wrong then, and now we all do," Maher said of the president's remarks which have been fact-checked and found to be "exaggerated."

"The former Director of the CDC, Robert Redfield, believes COVID originated in a lab, and now our intelligence agencies agree, it might have," the HBO host continued. "But for months on social media, it was banned to even discuss it."

"Look, I’m not saying the medical establishment isn’t trying to figure s**t out, or that they’re corrupt — although there is some of that," Maher said.

"But how about just wrong? Wrong a lot. Wrong about HIV, wrong about lockdowns, wrong about kids, wrong about how you couldn’t get it if you were vaccinated," he continued.

Maher said there is no research that outdoor transmission is likely or common, then lampooned California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti for flouting COVID-19 rules at the NFC Championship Game at SoFi Stadium.

Maher listed things that the science has changed completely over time.
