The reference to 60% (off) was badly chosen and was meant to refer to the 60% of the truth which Q mentions. It was meant as an overly vague question about what that means when Q also says "the truth won't be for everyone". As in, we don't really understand what that means. Anons might come to MORE than 60% but the rest of the world just won't be ready for that? Or even the 60% that mankind receives will make some people despondent and they'll need more support? We don't know. It was certainly no confirmation of a belief that Q was talking about something dark. As hard as this might be, the promise of God is that we will be victorious and achieve a beautiful brave new world.
