SPICY take on METAVERSE: they tried it already. The Sims…
When I read about how some dude paid like half a million dollars to own "virtual property" "next door" to Snoop Dog (who probably outsources to someone else to run his account) I got to thinking… wasn't there already a game like this? There was. It was The Sims, and Sim City.
At one point I even remember you could link your Sims games together, and at one point you could even play "online" with other people.
Now, what I think is the most interesting about this is what happened? Why aren't there any current popular Sims games? Well… what do chatrooms get used for the most?
The inevitable issues that these things (the Metaverse) is going to face are these things: perverts. A billion perverts. Badshit.net. They are also up against the fact that it requires equipment to utilize, which is a significant obstacle. And here is the most important thing: WHY ARE THERE NO MORE 3D MOVIES???
3D makes you sick as fucking BALLS. Nobody wants to bring this up, but man, goodluck. At this point it is worth considering something interesting that I'm certain nobody is bringing up.
THEY KNOW IT WILL FAIL. THEY WILL USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE FOR STOCK PRICE DROPPING. IT IS A CONTROLLED DEMOLITION.
Anybody who follows social trends and has an economic mindset should be able to see this for what it is. They are getting banged out now in the stock market, and everybody knows that they are regarded as a shit company. This will be their excuse to tank.
Just wanted to share a perspective I haven't heard anyone else put out yet.
God Bless.
