Nice, a dry rub! Happy Memorial Day BBQanon! Gonna throw a brisket on my smoker later tonight. It's in a brine now. My secret is that I use about 4 jars of pickled jalapeños, brine and all in my brine with other goodies thrown in. Take it out, pat it dry then use a dry rub on it. A lot of work but the way it comes out is so so good. Got a nice 6 pack of a good Kellerbier to go with it too. Going to be a great day tomorrow.
