This "i" thing you seem to be stuck on goes both ways psychologically. People trying to manipulate others will use the term "we" in order to convince them that they are a part of whats getting done or happening. This can be a trap and it can also assuage the ego of the other to make them feel they are more important then they are so they will support a given thing or ideology.

Weak ego's need to hear "we". When in truth the "i" who is the catalyst to leading and directing a given thing is the only reason it works or is being accomplished.

A strong ego has no problem recognizing that a leader who uses the term "i" in order to describe how he or she set up and directed something explained it's origination.

Remember when Obama said, you didn't build that. It was like saying you are not essential or were not needed to make it happen. He was feeding into very insecure and weak egos. And the truth was, it was your money, your hours of sweat equity and your ideas that were needed to pull it all together or it never would of been brought to fruition.

Bottom line…the "i" is a bit of a slide and psychological manipulation when you call someone out for using it, when in fact it is the correct assessment of how things worked in that situation.

Your not alone in this. Fact is you'd be surprised at the majority of people who are thinking and feeling about it just the way you are. Call it like you see it, be matter of fact when you do, and watch how many say, "yeah, I was thinking the same thing".

…and when it's true they do. But I built my business by hiring the right contractors and people to set it up. Once it was up and ready to run I hired another set of people qualified to keep it growing. We did the second part, I did the first.

This could very well be our technology. Remember the agency's are compartmentalized. The left hand doesn't necessarily know what the right hand is doing when it comes to technology.

It's a crap shoot as long as we have black projects run by above top secret clearance.

No one here is probably disagreeing with you. And there are lots of no ones here. Have patience and don't down play the WW changes and arrests that are being made covering all aspects of the cesspool that has been entrenched for decades trying to tear this world to shreds.

We need to remind him, some kids were in gangs throughout history, and many didn't make it out alive. They were smarter back then. They waited until school was out and attacked them on the way home or at the local malt shop.

He might learn to be kinder to his fellow classmates and not give them a reason to feel so hostile and mentally tormented they lose it Hollywood style and with better technology to equal the score.

I think this letter just reaffirmed the potential for NK to step up into the 21st century and turn their country into a 1st class, 1st world one. I'm sure convo's included how they could modernize and feed their population and develop profitable trade packages.

This letter said, without our help and encouragement it would be the same ole, same ole and NK would only exist as it has for the last 70 years. So if they want to stick with China and play games, he could expect too see NK stay the same with all the problems it has had and will continue to have. China offers them nothing more then what they have always offered NK.

Kim is back on for the summit and in truth was never off. Kim just needed a chip to play against China in order to back them off from trying to interfere.

Kim said to China, well are you going to put billions of dollars into upgrading our infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities. Are you going to feed all our people so they are healthy? Are you going to provide all the medical infrastructure and University's and training for our workforce to sustain itself with a quality of life that insures it's survival and ability to compete on a world stage.

Pretty sure China couldn't answer that even satisfactorily enough to itself to say yes. Now they are backing off, and working on different approach.
