I'd start by correcting their chronic malnutrition. Magnesium, zinc, vitamins D, C, E etc. That will allow their brains to manufacture the so called "feel good" hormones and allow them to sleep so their bodies can heal themselves. After that I have no idea.

Educate yourself about ALL supplements anon. Only YOU know about you. Research pros and cons of each. Only take what you need, not something you were told might help. I know a diabetic dude that wanted to lose weight. Someone told him about fasting. He tried it and suffered kidney failure. Diabetics should not fast.

 

Don't be lazy anon. You want to improve your life/health? Put in the time to research it for yourself.

Personally I uses dozens of sources. I only seek to treat conditions/issues I might have. I don't follow propaganda promising to make my dick harder or butthole tighter. It can take me a year of research before I start taking a supplement. Too much of one thing can cause other issues.

You want to treat hyertension, read up on what it is exactly. Then research home remedies then research the pros and cons of those remedies paying particular attention to the cons and how any other conditions or interactions might affect you.

Once you decide on a course of action go fucking S L O W. Lather rinse repeat. Put in the time and effort and you'll be fine.
