The picture you say is Trump sitting toward the front of Air Force One appears to be actually in Marine One. Compare the interior furnishings here:

Also not the perspective view of the fire engine out the window. The angle is much too low to be taken from a seat in Air Force One. And the wing should be visible unless he is in a rear-facing seat.

Q might very will stick with the "AF1" designation for any of the President's aircraft to avoid confusion; it is less ambiguous than "M1".

 

Technically the designation "Air Force One" is only used for an Air Force aircraft; "Marine One" for a Marine aircraft; and "Executive One " for a civilian aircraft. (See link below)
