RH Neg blood has that (high) frequency is spades and all of the down sides too, like; Fibromyalgia (The Demon Pain that leaves no visible damage).
The most important thing is this Anon-Autists, you have the power to change how you function.
You can perceive an issue and have the drive and passion to acquire all the date in order to come to a rational assumption of the situation and devise a plan to change the outcome.

On a physical level to help balance my world, I turned off the TV (unplugged it and covered it up); I stopped drinking tap/bottled water (and bought a six stage reverse Osmosis water filler), I removed everything from my diet that doesn't work for my blood type (A-Type2NonSecreter) as certain foods such as gluten, yeast and food additives may be the causes of certain symptoms that aggravate Autism/Autoimmune issues.
No I'm not Autistic as such, my (rare) genetic code went the other way, Fibromyalgia and it's (very) long list of shit that comes with it. Up side includes, HI IQ / conceptual development and this weird ability to hear others thoughts when in close proximity and see vibrations as colour frequencies.
After a lot of research (most of it shite) I've come to the conclusion that Blood Type is the KEY to balancing Autism/Autoimmune Disorders/Syndromes and the Second KEY is learning how and when to take control your breathing, pulse and heart rate. It's so simple - so easy - no tools required - takes a few minutes of your time.
