What you might be spotting there - assuming Trump is corrupt - is insider trading. That is to say, Trump drops a hint, then creates the conditions that fulfill the hint. Insiders react to said hints, make a large profit.
Running on the other anon's theory about Trump doing stock market hints, I've figured what Q meant by "D5". Previously, I noted it referred to the Trident D5 missile - a system that Thesera May is planning to replace very soon.
As it so turns out, the D5 is made by Lockheed Martin, and Thesera's husband, Philip May, is a senior executive for Capital Group, who have stocks in various companies, but namely, thousands in Lockheed Martin:

As 'mere' coincidence has it, the rush to war with bombing Syria - supported by Trump, Q and Thesera - funnily enough involved using cruise missiles.
