You can't transmit a cancer between two humans as the immunogenicity of the donor cells would produce a kill signal by the host.

Cancer only thrives because it is the same cell origin as the host, it has the same HLA type so it escapes this kill signal.

Immune therapies are becoming more successful at targeting this mechanism (e.g. pembrolizumab)
