ScandinavianAnon here. The reversal of Algiz is, as noted in the graphic, merkstave.
What is interesting is that merkstave translates to modern day 'mörkstav', which in turn translates to dark staff/stick (without deviating from the original translation, mind. The words are still the same in meaning but not spelling)
