The only time imho that notables should be recycled is the early morning 'eyes on' dayshift, meaning the last couple of breads of midshift should be a comprehensive summary of the last 24 hours. The banner was changed (I was one of a group that included Barkeep, OSS and 3/4 other anons that all agreed the Q_Anon had to come off the banner) to take the Q_Anon off the banner. It morphed into multiple banners as memefags started riffing off of it. That's how the banner got changed and it was multiple people involved. It wasn't structured like BO is doing it now, it was more of a couple of late night discussions involving many anons.

As far as the rest, BO has it exactly correct. OSS started terrorizing everybody at the same time. The people that helped him get control of the board for FJ (I was one. I just started baking) became his enemies after he consolidated power. He turned us ALL against each other. The last he turned on was Barkeep and I really haven't seen Barkeep since (maybe 2 days ago Barkeep baked?).

I'll tell you how I've seen successful implementations on QR - come on the board late at night as BO and say "Hey, I want to do this. What do you think?" You'll know within about 45 minutes if it'll fly or not.
