staff is in the process of trying to determine what needs deleting and what doesn't. if we delete too litlle - well, that's how things have been for years. if we delete too much, tho, anons object - because they can't see what was deleted and think maybe it was good stuff. see the problem? we gotta work things out, this kind of problem is new for us too.

we're not slackers but things take time to set right (and the biggest part of that time's involved in figuring out what that meas).

if it ever looks like there is "nothing happening," that's never true. Plenty happening.

slows things down to discuss with anons, but would you rather we just did stuff and poof! is was done, nobody expected?

Re disagreement with staff

Staff came into this board unexpectedly, din know all the dynamics, but still had to step up and manage stuff like CP, spam, catalog, comms with 8kun, fighting bakers anon complaints, etc, etc. On a HUGE board under constant attack by shills.

It's not a big crew and some have many IRL responsibilities. We are trying to do our best. But it's gonna be bumpy for a while as we trying to figure out where the board's at, how we can best serve it, and avoid burnout from trying to do everything for everybody.

Please bear with us. It's a good crew but not perfect coz there's no such tings. We're all volunteers here - and the BVs are working 7 days a week right now to keep things together. We apologize for missing the mark at times but glad anons are concerned enough about the board to speak up.

PATIENCE is the watchword. Going slow but continuing to move in the right direction. o7
