i believe the limit for Global Reports is three.
board lag is usually from ddos
could also be from internet provider problems
nothing to do w/your computer - it's got enough power for 8
bakers deal with board lag on the fly
if it's for more than a few minutes, usually results in multiple threads (new bakers arrive and seeing no bread, create one)
the board lag problems we have now are nothing compared to what they were during replatforming.
during ddos, you can "lose" the Quick Reply box sometimes - first sign is often the loss of images (image servers go down first)
bakers just deal with this stuff
