I remember anons asking FJ about anon volunteers, he didn't really answer.
All the volunteers are anons now.
Usual route is to either bake to take on some ongoing responsibility, such as archiving, planefagging, memefagging (like memefarmer), note-taking, develop a qr database (ResignationAnon), etc. Necessary to develop an ongoing relationship of trust with staff. Here, our resumes are our work products.
One reason i can't help but recommend that bakers who want to take on more responsibility become more 'known.'
