Opticalfag here, can confirm vertical lines in glasses being Fresnel lens. Sold under trade name of "Press-On Prism".

Hard vinyl, like high clarity shower curtain. Cut to shape w/ scissors, lick'em, stick 'em to patient's lens.

Used to correct exophoria or fusion problems, but probably for temp use, as rx can better be put in frame moving lens optical-centers.

 

Also, stereograms are diff't, because you see 3D only as the Difference signal between L&R eyes, not the Sum. Think FM radio hf signal.
