Can anons enlighten me on who Juan O Savin is? Is he worth paying attention to?

I've heard of him in the past in relation to Roseanne Barr and from what I've seen he appears to have the ear of GEOTUS but apart from that I don't know anything about him. I know of speculation that he might be JFK Jr but now sure that is true. Have anons done digs on Juan O Savin?
