AZ senator Kelly Townsend digz

Kelly Townsend owns a baby delivering business in Mesa. On her financial disclosures the business is called MONARCH Maternity project. It is also known as American Family Center and Healthy Heritage family. Kelly Townsend is not a doctor, she is what is called a Doula. A doula is a trained companion who is not a healthcare professional and who supports another person through a significant health-related experience, such as childbirth, miscarriage, induced abortion or stillbirth, or non-reproductive experiences such as dying.

Kelly's clinic is in Mesa. About 2 miles away from where Paul Petersen office, Paul is the tax assessor who was selling babies, Paul's father was an AZ senator during the Clinton administration. He went on to become AZ state treasurer. His assistant Raquel Wood would later become his daughter in law. Paul's wife. David Petersen had to step down from the position of State Treasurer after being convicted of fraud.
