Anon worked briefly for a company that contracted with GE. Anon had access to LOTS of things inside their system. They were hemorrhaging money.
They structure each dept as its own entity, with its own president, etc. A pres screws up, he gets sidelined to another dept but stays exec unless he screws REALLY bigly, then demotion or retirement. GE is BIG, and not very nice to their peeps.
