People changing to the correct position is great as long as they admit that they were wrong and don’t try to slander the people who were right from the beginning
If someone suddenly adopts the position of people who they’ve been insulting for years without apology and then tries to take a position of leadership over those people that’s a red flag
I was wrong about free trade, the Iraq War, and libertarian social policy a decade ago
