“I’ve been doing this for 30 years and I’ve never seen markets like this,” Goldman Sachs commodities research head Jeff Currie declared in a Bloomberg TV interview yesterday. Indeed, Currie minced no words describing the situation in global commodities: “This is a molecule crisis. We’re out of everything. I don’t care if its oil, gas, copper, aluminum, you name it, we’re out of it.”
