That could only happen if they were counting cases and enough vaxxed people go the covid more than 1 time so that the total number of cases exceeded the total number of those who have been vaxxed. Say we have 100 million vaxxed people. 25 million got the covid 4 times, 25million got it 2 times and the remaining 50 million did not get it at all. You have a total of 150 million cases and 100 million vaxxed people. A -150% effectiveness.
