No. All wars, as we've come to learn, have been engineered by them to be violent, murderous events to worship their "gods". Mass sacrifice, if you will. The brilliance of the civilian populace (all across the globe) being encourages to think critically, and use their minds/voices to be heard while the white hats "do the heavy lifting" safely behind the scenes is at least two-fold in purpose.

It instills the belief that their voices matter, and once order is restored, their voices are really all it takes to maintain said order.

It creates the narrative that peaceful "revolution" for positive change is possible in a world that's made ever-so-smaller with the increased presence of social media and other technology. SS 1, Q's promise to keep their end of the bargain. Now think about how Q's drops have prepared the masses to give them a greater understanding of what everyone is up against. SS 2 shows the expected timeline, and reminds everyone "of the battles we're facing".
