Several names in that cache of documents are still around - and were involved with theserver 'investigation'. At that time, this anon had no idea that a National Security Grand Jury had been impaneled.

 

So went back to the notes (from HRC part 17 - 06/08/2016 - page 20 - FBI employee confidentiality - Janeen Guiseppi SA – FBI) and spitballed a "Where are They Now?" search. Turns out that as of August 2, 2021, Janeen is now Special Agent in Charge of Albany Field Office. The office that neglected to investigate Keith Raniere. Found an article that details her history -

"- In 2014, she was promoted to assistant section chief of the Public Corruption and Civil Rights Section in the Criminal Investigative Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

  • She later served as chief of staff to the division’s assistant director.

  • In 2016, she was named assistant section chief of the Transnational Organized Crime – Eastern Hemisphere Section, where she managed domestic and international programs focused on organized crime and major theft."

 

So during the time she was signing NDA in the server investigation (depending on timing) she was either assistant section chief of the Public Corruption in the Criminal Investigation Division, Chief of Staff to that division's assistant director OR Assistant Section Chief of a Transational Organized Crime Section focusing on organized crime and major theft.

 

It's possible that her name in the cache is a result of knowledge she may have gained by working as a COS, but it is also possible that she signed the NDA because she was involved in an investigation.
