Didn't the ECB run a practice run recently to simulate a cyber attack on the banking system? Similar to the 'pandemic' simulation Gates and co ran just before the real pandemic appeared in China.. No coincidence there of course..
I guess they were making sure that the banking system switches off when they press the button and blame it on Russia..
