dropping"R[i]ssia"(instead of "Russia") very blatantly four times that I counted, starting with 2:19pm on-screen time, which is convenient, as u=21 and i=9. Also, 2/9/22 (22:00=10pm=1) has all of those same components.

I've had this one flying bizarre patterns over me for 2 days now, tracing power lines up one side and back down the other. Drawing what might appear to be a wave over a Giant Eagle supermarket, etc. Maybe just inspecting lines for ice, but seems like there's more going on.
