It’s communication equipment, laptops etc are in smaller cases, antenna in long case. Guy carrying HF wire was giveaway. Looks like they are setting up a command center.

Whatever they will be communicating over these devices will not be on the regular police frequency. They will have special radios or specific laptops for the leaders on the ground and this is how they will communicate:

1: so they don’t jam up or be jammed up by regular comms

2: so regular canadians can’t listen in on their broadcasts (it will be encrypted).
