God promised to never again flood the earth.

The FIRMAMENT separates the "waters above" from the "waters below".

Revelation 17:15 tells you the waters, where the PROSTITUTE sits, stands for people, multitudes, nations, and languages.

In that context, what does flooding the earth mean? If they didn't trust God and were worried about fitting into this world (planet) what could they do to reduce the population?
