Unplug and focus on your subjective experience and how you can shift that path towards an alignment with objective reality. The debate for many is that "things are spiraling out of control, and all is lost". Anyone spreading "doom and gloom", at this point, is reading from a script with a specific purpose in mind. Maybe that's not the message you need to be hearing right now? If it's unsettling, it's because it's not meant for you. Or, perhaps it's mean to motivate you to action (read above).
Two perspectives: For the believer, "The world's affairs are under "control"." For the secular, "It's up to us to bring about the change we want to see in the world." If the battle is weighing too heavily for you to sustain, out there, then turn inward to rejuvenate. Rest, regroup, and reengage when ready. None of us are alone in what's happening, and even in "spiritual" warfare, anons work in shifts to rest, uplift others, and fight in the realm of principalities.
