I tuned in to the local government channel last night. It was the county school board meeting. Gee there was a never ending line of, not just parents but concerned citizens fighting for kids who aren't even theirs. They chewed that school board out for over an hour…
It was glorious and I highly recommend watching your local channel as well. The people aren't going to take it anymore…
They were listening, and I use the word loosely because the board was playing on their phones or their computers or otherwise ignoring them, to the parents complain that their time to speak was being cut from 3 minutes to 1 minute. There were 7 police officers milling about, waiting for the parents to go over the top. This one guy gets up, says he has no kids in the school system but he felt the board so disconnected, he told them the next time they see him in these chambers, he would be sitting "up there" and hopefully none of them would be sitting next to him.
Dude our forefathers totally stole wealth from others…
