I don't think Q is wrong (and i know you don't think Q is wrong either) but I do think we don't have enough clarity on whether or not [P] and [Pope] refer to a single person.
Certainly, the Pope is on the radar - he's an important player in all of this.
But, and I hope you can agree - there are other possible 'P', Chair, and 'C' people/entities which we should be looking at too.

In the crumbs I have access to, Q says/quotes "Pope" six times.
four of those six are in that capture - the fifth refers to an owl as guardian of the pope, the sixth is a quote of someone else calling for memes.

The way i read that, Q is clarifying that P =/= Pope, because if P=Pope, Q would have said [P] will be having a terrible May.
By using [Pope], Q hints that [P] is someone/something else!
