Been re_reading the entire string, both IDS, for the past couple hours now. Not Q = Understood. Helping anons and/or Q, quite likely.

Still re_reading it, could be looking too hard for what's right there, i'm not sure. I've known for 3 days thought that the letter couldn't possibly be to Kim alone. Who exactly it's for, not yet sure
