Given how the letter is styled and addressed it appears that President Trump is speaking not to KJU or NK, but to the cabal. Idk who specifically, although I have speculated that it could be renegade, jk, no name, hrc, LdR, etc. Since the summit is supposed to be in Singapore, i think renegade is most likely. what do you guys think?
