But, some are logically much better than others.
It seems to me that Q was trying to paint a visual that Chuck was shocked into pants shitting / nerve barfing upon learning that POTUS knew all about some certain fuckery involving him.
Also, as Q is known to do, setting up a keyword (bathroom) marker of some kind.
