What good does that evidence do in a civilian court at this point?

I think the following scenario is about where we are currently:

Country has to be brought under martial law, as safely as possible, and there are only specific conditions constitutionally and under International laws of war.in which the military can be used for domestic law enforcement. Under martial law, the evidence the loyal military has can be used.

Whomever is running the US through the Presidency at this time, however, wants to foment an armed uprising first, so that they can engage their own forces.

A loyal military is currently deflecting/disabling the full impact of the regime's tactics in order to bring the country, peacefully, to a point where that military can legally engage against the occupying forces running the Presidency. There is now a controlled descent into a breakdown of the social structure, as I see it. Q's mission prepared us for the bullshit that was coming so we didn't react in a manner that played into the regime's hands.

Canadian trucker actions are a prototype of what needs to happen, I think. Trudeau, in this case, will be removed because, in the absence of violent behavior which would justify calling in the military to suppress, he has no means to remedy the impact on normal city life. Truckers, for example, could continue to turn the screws by locking down truck traffic outside of Ottawa, without making it obvious they're controlling that. That's an example of actions a loyal military could take to relieve pressure on the truckers inside Ottawa, and there's a lot of stuff out there saying the truckers have a military style op going. Truckers in Ottawa also have supplies for the long term. They may be able to feed the Ottawa citizens. Public sentiment has already lined up for the truckers and against Trudeau, any little non-violent push now will bring Trudeau down. Same effect has to happen with Brandon. It has to get to the point where Brandon can't keep the daily rhythm of the US up and running from DC, and locals forming up to help each other is what will bring the country back together.

Biggest hurdle now, IMO, is to get the majority of the population to the realization that there is no civilian justice system in place now that offers equal protection under the law. There is no civilian structure that can remedy the current conditions.
