sorry but the truckers should NEVER HAVE USED ANY RETURNED FUEL before testing it. So the police turned this entire ordeal back on the truckers who are now likely suspicious of ANY JERRY CAN of fuel. Those returned cans should have been isolated and guarded until the full testing came back. Canadians are too trusting which makes complete sense.
