Preparing for NOREX 22 at Garrison Petawawa
The 4th Canadian Division Arctic Response Company Group (ARCG), led by the Grey and Simcoe Foresters, conducted Light Over Snow Vehicle (LOSV) training in preparation for NOREX 22 at Garrison Petawawa from January 12-16, 2022. Watch for more as the ARCG deploys here again in February to maintain readiness for emergency response missions in challenging, cold weather environments. “Engaging in realistic and challenging winter training enhances our capacity to conduct operations and larger winter exercises, ensuring that the ARCG is ready to respond to emergencies in the Canadian North,” said Lieutenant (Navy) Andrew McLaughlin, Public Affairs Officer, 31 CBG.
