A couple of points, here, and I'm going by Juan O Savin's statements that if an occupying force does not identify itself, the military of the occupied country can take action against it without the liability of breaking international law, after a period of one year has passed. Military is not allowed to police domestically, normally.

If that is the case, then starting on Jan 20, 2022, the US military could take active measures against an illegal government in DC if that government was installed by forces other than the electorate, in this case, actors who manipulated the 2020 election.

As I look at the activity occurring lately, this may actually be the case. My take is that the loyal military has to guide the country into a controlled social breakdown, which would cause the rejection of the installed government, This is what seems to be happening in Canada. Canada may be the testing of the prototype to be used in the US.

I also thinkt that the counter move of the occupying government is to try to force the citizenry into armed rebellion, in which case they could use their military forces to quell it, also in accordance with International Law. This is what may be occurring in Canada. The Canadian government wants the truckers to go to violence.
