Flexner report is what changed medicine in the US. We were using NATURE along with enhancing what NATURE could do and were on a good path. Then we got sold "The Science" by Germany and Bayer…

Now we get into some details and would encourage you to look at FASTING vs FED and how our bodies flip through these 2 states…
When we eat a meal our bodies are working hard to remodel our fat stores based on what we just ate. Bad fat is swapped out for better fat based on environment and diet. This is called a FED state and our bodies RUN ON GLUCOSE and STORE FATS for 4-5 hours post meal.
Then we flip to a FED state where we are using the stored FATS for fuel. This is also called b-oxidation and where we want to be. In b-oxidation you are in KETONE Ville!
BUT…
-if you eat every 5 hours YOU NEVER GET THERE
-if you eat a bunch of sugar YOU NEVER GET THERE
-if you eat a bunch of fructose YOU NEVER GET THERE
So eating during 6-8 hours ONLY and not consuming any calories or less than 50 calories between meals
