DJT statement yesterday has 2x 11.3 COMMS. Made yesterday Feb 11th (2.11 → 11.2, hint that 11.3 is a date ref?)
Tried clocking (yesterday = :27 on Q-Clock) and found that Q15 / 11.3 Podesta fit. Also note that upcoming March 11th might be an 11.3 (in D-M-Y date formatting).
