Jake “the Snake” Sullivan Was Right in the Middle of Hillary’s Trump Russia Collusion Lies – Now He’s Biden’s Nat Security Advisor

Today ‘Jake the Snake’ Sullivan’s name is back in the news, but this time for his actions back in 2016 and 2017 with Hillary.

Recently we reported on Jake Sullivan being included in an indictment of Hillary’s attorney Michael Sussman.

As noted in our report from 2019, Sullivan released the following email only days before the 2016 Election as Hillary’s team was trying to tie then-candidate Trump to Russia. It was all a lie as we now know.

Sullivan was also involved in emails with Obama’s Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes laughing about how they were lying to the media. They laughed about being “Lying Masterminds”.

We’re not sure if today’s report will ever lead to many indictments as it would in a legitimate Justice Department but we do know that Sullivan is right in the middle of it.

Ukraine’s US lobbying army exposed

Ukraine’s lobbyists mounted an “extraordinary” campaign to win support of US politicians, pundits and media, a new report claims

Ukrainian lobbyists contacted US congressional offices, think tanks, and media figures over 10,000 times last year, according to an analysis of Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) filings reported by the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft on Friday.

The Quincy report pointed to the “extraordinary” scale of Ukranian’s lobbying campaign, noting that the lobbying effort of Saudi Arabia - known as one of the largest foreign lobbies in Washington DC - pales in comparison.

According to the report, most of Kiev’s persuasive efforts focused on the members of Congress, who were deluged with over 8,000 contacts - emails, phone calls, and meetings - in an effort to convince them of the need to block the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, among other issues. The Ukrainian Federation of Employers of the Oil and Gas Industry (UFEOGI), the country’s largest energy trade group, would reportedly cite Ukraine’s PM arguing that the pipeline was “no less an existential threat” to Ukraine’s “security and democracy” than “Russian troops on the border.” The pipeline, which is completed but still has to receive the green light from German regulators, would allow Russia to export gas directly to Europe without having to pay Kiev billions for the transfer of the gas.

UFEOGI lobbyists apparently centered their effort on Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who took just several days to channel the Ukrainian PM on social media. In his own message, Cruz likewise referred to the Russian pipeline as an “existential threat.”

The trade group also sought to reach out to the senators who had previously backed legislation to scupper the completion of the pipeline, including several members of the Foreign Relations Committee with a history of anti-Russian votes. Cruz, Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas), John Barrasso (R-Wyoming), Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin), and Jeanne Shaheen (D-New Hampshire) were all contacted at least 100 times last year, with some of these contacts resulting in their staffers meeting directly with Ukrainian energy lobbyists, the report claims.

The bill proposed by Cruz would have imposed bans on doing business with US companies for those involved with the Nord Stream 2 project in addition to travel restrictions and asset freezes. It failed to pass, however, having been blocked by Senate Democrats.

New Version of Mueller Report Reveals Mueller Wanted to Charge Don Jr. with Computer Crime For Accessing Anti-Trump Website with Publicly Available Password

A new version of the Mueller report reveals the Special Counsel wanted to charge Donald Trump Jr. with computer crimes for – checks notes – accessing an anti-Trump website with a publicly available password.

BuzzFeed News obtained the new Mueller documents from the Justice Department after they filed a FOIA lawsuit seeking unredacted passages.

Wikileaks privately messaged Don Jr. a guessed password to access the anti-Trump website “putintrump.org” during the 2016 election, however Mueller declined to prosecute since the password was also publicly posted to Wikileaks’ Twitter account.

Mueller was unable to charge Don Jr. with a misdemeanor “computer intrusion” because his team would likely be unable to prove “Don Jr. acted to further any crime or tort or that he obtained information valued at more than $5,000.”

In other words, this new version of the garbage pile “Mueller report” further confirms President Trump, Don Jr. and other Trump associates are innocent.

BuzzFeed News reported:

The Department of Justice released a new version of the Mueller report Friday afternoon that reveals for the first time that former special counsel Robert Mueller considered charging Donald Trump Jr. with a misdemeanor “computer intrusion” crime for accessing an anti-Trump website using a password he obtained from WikiLeaks.

The previously undisclosed passages of the document that relate to Trump Jr. say that Mueller considered whether the then-president’s son should be charged with a misdemeanor under a section of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act for intentionally accessing a protected computer without authorization.

“The conduct at issue was Trump Jr.’s use of a password, supplied to him by WikiLeaks in a Twitter direct message, to access the website ‘putintrump.org’ in September 2016,” the unredacted passage said.

“In this instance, Trump Jr. accessed the website shortly before it went public using a ‘guessed’ password that, although it was sent to him individually, had also been posted by WikiLeaks to its public Twitter account, such that anyone following WikiLeaks could have gotten the same preview of the website that Trump Jr. did,” the newly unredacted passage of the report said.

The report continued: “That fact, among others, would make it difficult to prove that Trump Jr. acted to further any crime or tort or that he obtained information valued at more than $5,000 — which are the kind of circumstances that can trigger felony punishment under the statute. Given that Trump Jr. did not himself initiate the plan to access the website or guess the password, the absence of evidence that his acts caused any damage to the website or obtained valuable information, the technical nature of the violation, and the minimal punishment that a misdemeanor conviction could be expected to carry in these circumstances, the Office decided against pursuing charges.”

Bill Gates' 'deeply troubling' ties to China: excerpt from 'Red-Handed' by Peter Schweizer

Microsoft founder has whitewashed Chinese censorship of the internet and invested in industries essential to the Chinese military-industrial complex, from AI to nuclear power, according to new book.

Bill Gates is one of the world's richest men, rightly recognized as a visionary who helped build a massive technology industry. He has moved into the world of philanthropy to pursue support for some notable causes. He also has a deeply troubling relationship with the Chinese regime.

No one can blame a corporate executive for being enticed by the Chinese market's opportunities. From the earliest days of the internet, China, with approximately four times the population of the United States, has been seen as a lucrative market for the tech industry. You can bet Bill Gates saw it, too.

But Gates has cooperated with the regime in ways that other tech titans have not. He has lent credence to the claims of the Chinese Communist Party and been rewarded with access, favors, and titles. He has done the bidding of the regime in the tech world and has apologized or made excuses for its aberrant activities. On top of all that, he has invested in companies attached to Beijing's military-industrial complex.

Gates appears to have always underestimated the repressive nature of the CCP. His relentless techno-optimism has made him an easy mark. He has expressed naive attitudes about the role of technology in that repression. In 1995, at the dawn of the broader internet age, he suggested that Chinese efforts to censor the web would fail. Gates claimed that Chinese officials would literally need to have someone looking over everyone's shoulder to implement full internet access and maintain censorship.

Of course, Beijing had a censorship system in place just two years later. Even after China erected what came to be known as the "Great Firewall," Gates still insisted that censorship was too hard to erect and would not work. In 2008, he told students at Stanford University: "I don't see any risk in the world at large that someone will restrict free content flow on the internet," he told them. "You cannot control the internet."

It was a bold statement that proved both inaccurate and disingenuous. At that point, Microsoft had already been helping the regime censor content for several years.
