There's no doubt about that. He seems sincere but also a bit out of his league. No disrespect meant to the Ukrainian PM. It has to be a dangerous and miserable situation. However. That job requires a Godfather to give all the criminals an offer they can't refuse. The PM is not a Godfather. + Can't tell what's going on there.
