understood, Anon. This is the shittiest movie of the trilogy, IMO.
My guess is the main goal is still to minimize casualties, and avoid a civil war by waking enough people up.
The way people wake up will be different in other parts of the world: for example Burkina Faso and Myanmar had straight military coups, likely because the populations were already awake to the deep corruption. In the US, Canada, and Europe, loads of people still have their heads stuck up their asses, so things like the trucker protest may be what it takes to move the needle of public opinion.
If all else fails, maybe the reports of mass spread of the VAIDS/HIV will be what changes public opinion.
It sucks but I figure the only way to get a coalition of nations to wipe the cabal off the earth was to guarantee their countries wouldn’t end up looking like the film set to “the road” .
