Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel is the brother of Rahm Emanuel and is credited with being the brain behind medical death panels.

The New York Post in 2009 reported on Dr. Emanuel’s health care priorities.

Emanuel believes that “communitarianism” should guide decisions on who gets care. He says medical care should be reserved for the non-disabled, not given to those “who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens . . . This weekend a Gateway Pundit reader sent us this interesting tidbit from Robert Kennedy Jr.’s book, The Real Anthony Fauci.

During his tenure as Director at the National Institute of Health (NIH), Dr. Zeke Emanuel was director of the Department of Bioethics, the ethical oversight board for all of NIH.

He was the founding chair of the Department of Bioethics at the National Institutes of Health and held that position until August of 2011.

Zeke had the job until Dr. Fauci’s wife Christine Grady took over in 2012. Zeke went on to work on Obamacare and lie to the media.

Police Arrest Ambassador Bridge Truckers In Dawn Raid After Thousands Flock To Demonstration In Ottawa

More than 12 hours after police in Windsor, Ontario arrived on scene to shut down "Freedom Convoy" protests at the Ambassador Bridge, it appears the crowds have finally disperesed in a predawn raid.

As police arrested the last remaining demonstrators for a protest that has continued for nearly a week and created substantial disruption for commercial traffic across the US-Canada border crossing, the focus shifted to demonstrators who gathered on Ottawa's Parliament Hill as protests continued for another weekend.

According to the Associated Press, which cited television footage, police arrested the dozen or so die-hard protesters who remained defiantly at the Bridge until the very end.

Television images showed police arresting the few protesters who remained just after dawn near the Ambassador Bridge linking Detroit and Windsor, Ontario — the busiest border crossing to the U.S.

Only two pickup trucks and less than a dozen protesters blocked the road to the bridge before police moved in.

Police on Saturday had persuaded demonstrators to move their pickup trucks and others cars that they used at the entrance to the crossing that sees 25% of all trade between the two countries, though it remained closed.

Meanwhile, videos from Parliament Hill flooded social media as the police put the number of demonstrators at 4K - likely a conservative estimate. The protests, which have been going on since late January, have seen similar numbers during past weekends. All told, this is at least the third weekend that demonstrators have gathered.

The "anti-vaccine" and "anti-lockdown" - according to the AP - demonstrations in Canada continued to inspire similar movements abroad, from Paris to New Zealand, and beyond.

VIdeo from Parliament Hill showed thousands of people who came together to dance, sing, and engage in that new national pastime - mocking the CBC, which apparently blacked out coverage of the protests.

Durham: Clinton allies spied on the Executive Office of the President

The Michael Sussmann case is heating up.

On February 11, 2022, Durham filed the Government’s Motion to Inquire into Potential Conflicts of Interest in the Michael Sussmann case. Read it here. As you might recall, Sussmann was charged with giving false statements to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker regarding the interests he was representing in pushing to the FBI the Alfa Bank/Trump Organization hoax. More background information on the Sussmann indictment can be found here.

The basis for the latest motion is that Sussmann’s current counsel, Latham & Watkins LLP (Latham) might have a conflict of interest because Latham previously represented Perkins Coie and Mark Elias “in this investigation.” It is alleged that Latham “likely possesses confidential knowledge about Perkins Coie’s role in, and views concerning, Sussmann’s past activities.” (Cleaned up.)

There might also be a conflict because Latham was representing both the Clinton Campaign and Hillary for America in the Special Counsel’s investigation. Durham observes that Latham’s duties to these former clients “might cause its interests to diverge from those of [Sussmann].”

Why might there be a conflict?

Because Durham might offer evidence at trial he obtained from the Clinton Campaign and Hillary for America. And because certain employees of the Clinton Campaign and Hillary for America might be witnesses at Sussmann’s trial. (Theoretically, a Clinton Campaign witness could be called by the prosecution to prove-up billing records and payments made to Sussmann. I’d guess they might have already testified to a grand jury about this.)

GA Sec of State Raffensperger Promised President Trump His Office Would Address Auditor Bryan Geels’s 97,000 Ballot Issues – They Never Did, Instead They Gave Pieces of Call to Media to Claim Trump Was Stealing the Election

President Trump’s team hired Auditor Bryan Geels after the 2020 Election to look into Georgia’s results. Geels identified 97,000 ballot issues in the state. When the President spoke of these issues with Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, the issues were misrepresented but Raffensperger’s team promised President Trump that they would get with the Trump team (i.e. Geels) to go over the results.

Raffensperger’s team never addressed the issues and never contacted Geels. Instead, they lied to the press about the President’s phone call.

Last week Garland Favorito from VoterGA held a presentation in Georgia showing thousands of ballot issues in the state in the 2020 Election that were ignored, discounted, and misrepresented by Secretary of State Raffensperger so he could certify the state for Joe Biden. The source of these issues was an auditor hired by the Trump team to perform a review of the 2020 Election results in the state, Bryan Geels.

Geels prepared a report where he identified 100,000 ballots that should not have been included in the 2020 audit. Below is the report prepared by Geels. In his report, (on page 35) Geels supplied a summary of 97,382 ballots that should not have been included in the state’s results. Geels obtained the data used in his audit from the Georgia Secretary of State’s website.

President Trump used this information in the famous phone call with Raffensperger after the election. Raffensperger and his team discounted the issues, misrepresented what Geels identified, but at the end of the discussion they did promise President Trump that they would get with the President’s team to iron out differences. But they didn’t. Raffensperger’s team lied to the President. They never got with Geels.

Instead, Raffensperger released selectively edited portions of the phone call with the far-left Washington Post which reported that the President was trying to steal the election. This was another lie. The President’s team later found the full video of the phone call and it clearly shows the President was trying to understand why Raffensperger was not addressing the 97,000 ballot discrepancies included in the state’s election results.

The prime minister, Scott Morrison, has ordered the evacuation of the Australian embassy in Kyiv, warning the situation in Ukraine has reached a dangerous stage.

Australia’s foreign affairs minister, Marise Payne, says the government has directed the departure of embassy staff to a temporary office in Lviv, with the buildup of Russian troops on the border.

“The situation is deteriorating and is reaching a very dangerous stage,” Morrison said on Sunday.

This is the latest in a growing list of countries withdrawing embassy personnel including Israel, the UK, the Netherlands, Latvia, Japan and South Korea.

Cop Pleads Guilty to Trafficking Enough Fentanyl to Kill 4 Million People

Columbus, OH — In case you’ve been completely in the dark for the last decade, you’ve likely noticed that the United States is currently in the midst of an opioid crisis. This crisis knows no demographic, no race, no gender, no age limit, and no occupation—it hits them all. Due to the government-imposed lockdowns coupled with the war on drugs leading to the uptake of fentanyl, 2020 marked the deadliest year in history for fatal drug overdoses.

Because the state enforces a drug war which outlaws far safer alternatives, fentanyl has grabbed a large portion of the illegal drug market and these synthetic opioids that are extremely dangerous are flooding the streets. This is leading to deadly overdoses and tempting those in law enforcement to cash in on the thriving black market.

Highlighting the utter failure of the state’s war on drugs is the fact that two Columbus police officers were arrested last year for participating in a massive fentanyl ring in which they were distributing 8 kilograms of the drug. According to the Centers for Disease Control, a single kilogram of fentanyl has the potential to kill 500,000 people — meaning the amount they had could have killed 4 million.

According to U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio, Marco R. Merino, 45, of Columbus, and John J. Kotchkoski, 33, of Marengo, Ohio, were allegedly involved in the distribution of approximately seven and a half kilograms of fentanyl. Merino also allegedly accepted bribes to protect the transportation of cocaine though investigators admitted that the cocaine was not real because it was a sting operation by the feds.

Merino pleaded guilty this week to multiple charges.

“Unlike the purported cocaine involved in transports, the fentanyl that Merino distributed was real,” said U.S. Attorney Kenneth L. Parker. “Merino swore an oath to serve and protect our community as a law enforcement officer, and instead he conspired to traffic enough fentanyl to kill well over one million people.”

According to the complaint, Kotchkoski was the supplier and he gave Merino the fentanyl to distribute. Prosecutors allege that the fentanyl distribution ring unfolded in June and August of 2021 and Merino made between $60,000 and $80,000 for his role in the ring.

Court documents detail that Merino intended to gain citizenship in Mexico as part of a plan to launder their drug proceeds. Merino allegedly planned to buy properties in Mexico to run as Airbnb properties and traveled to Mexico in July, according to the Department of Justice.

Mexican President Lashes Out at Journalist Over Expose on Son’s Wealth

Mexico’s president drew harsh criticism from various international press freedom organizations after he singled out a journalist for revealing his son’s alleged income and other personal information. The confrontational statements between politician and journalists in Mexico follows the deaths of five journalists killed since the start of the year.

In recent days, Mexican Journalist Carlos Loret De Mola published an expose claiming that President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador’s (AMLO) son, Jose Ramon Beltran, is living a life of luxury in Houston benefiting from companies that had dealings with Mexico’s oil company Pemex (Petroleos Mexicanos). Loret de Mola pointed to two houses in Houston, as well as Jose Ramon’s alleged lavish lifestyle even though he has no real source of income.

This week, Lopez Obrador lashed out at Loret De Mola by revealing a series of PowerPoint slides with the journalist’s financial information claiming that the journalist made over $1.5 million USD for writing hit pieces against his government. AMLO repeatedly claimed that since he took office in 2018, corruption and impunity have ended in Mexico and that critical news stories are pushed by corrupt news outlets serving his rivals.

Loret De Mola published a short video soon after being singled out by AMLO claiming that the information was false and that releasing financial information about an individual is a crime. In one example, AMLO claimed that Loret De Mola earned millions of Pesos for working in Televisa. However, the journalist claimed that he left his job as an anchor in that channel in 2019. Loret De Mola then said he would redouble his efforts in exposing a “dictator” in the making.

In prior days, AMLO lashed out against other journalists who he praised under prior administrations such as Carmen Aristegui. International press freedom organizations have called out the Mexican president for targeting news outlets while little has been done by the government in stopping the impunity with which journalists have been killed in Mexico As Breitbart Texas has reported, since the start of the year, there have been five journalists killed, sparking mass outrage from journalists throughout. Activists claim that under AMLO’s administration, there have been more journalists killed than in prior administrations.

Rhode Island Private School Excludes White Students from Event

The Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island, excluded white students from attending a guest speaker event, allowing only those who “identify as a student of color or multiracial” to attend.

In a February 7, 2022, email to sixth, seventh, and eighth graders, the school invited only non-white students to attend a “Students of Color affinity group” speaking event with actress and author Karyn Parsons, who is best known for her role as Hilary Banks in NBC’s The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

“Affinity group” is a pet name used by critical race theorists and other leftists typically for racial segregation. The term is also used for other forms of segregation based on “common identity characteristics,” as it places paramount importance on those attributes in order to justify excluding those with different characteristics from participating in activities.

According to parents and students at the Wheeler School, who reported their experience to Parents Defending Education (PDE), “white students at the middle school level were not allowed to attend.” At lower grade levels, the racial segregation was reportedly not observed.

Parsons responded to criticism on Twitter, but does not appear to have denied the racial segregation, justifying it by saying all the students could have met with her in the other sessions at which she presented.
