A guy claiming to be a 'negotiator', and appearing to be involved in organizing this particular action, just addressed the crowd of pro-trucker protesters in British Columbia. He made some somewhat suspicious comments:

"My best friend is the head of the tac team on the western cost. He's looked after Trudeau, He's looked after Obama. He's looked after Clinton. I have huge connections…What is the end goal? To stop the flow of stuff coming in and coming out of Canada…I can't tell you everything that's going on. Trust me."
