I don't have sauce and i don't have proof currently,yet, but I soon will deliver! In different videos - especially in the case of germany - one can see that the same police men appear in different cities again and again. It doesn't look to me like regular police officers but instead like a private army build up on Blackwater/Academi or so.

I think Blackwater / Academi plays a big role in this shit!
