There has to be elections for Officers, period.
The community knows who to pick, one corrupt incumbent can corrupt an entire precinct or agency.
That was before 911, there is a concerted effort to infiltrate to bring down the US because confrontation is impossible.
There is a lot of chatter about police on this board.
Let me put it to you all this way, the cops are the main reason we are in this situation today.

Over 20 years and not one throughout the entire country speaks up. Does no one want to make it to detective? Thirty five of their own were crushed to death at least speak up for your fellow officers.

I warned them, 12/27/19, 75 days before the first rioters killed citizens on the streets of America, before the first blaze was set, and before they killed thousands of helpless seniors during covid. Instead they blared their sirens for the dancing nurses rubbing it in our faces.

When I warned them, they tried to murder me by lying and tried committing me to a psych hospital even though I showed them video of 911 service, 100k's resumes/blacklisting, and real evidence of Wall Street employment and top certifications. It didn't matter, I had to go, I was destroying their plan.
