I maybe wrong, but I think POTUS said the military will distribute the vax when this all started by going door to door. It could be part of the plan, an opportunity to get infiltrators and criminals.

These all have to interface with the corrupt financial systems controlled by the Zionist Bolsheviks on Wall Street. Payment Gateways have to interface with big banks and it is a closed society.
